The Michrom MAGIC (Micro Analytical Gradient Integrated Chromatograph) is the HPLC system designed to let the user translate methods from analytical to microbore levels with no impact on the separation. The MAGIC-s dual pump high pressure binary gradient solvent delivery system will deliver accurate gradient flows from 0.5 Ґl/min to 5.0 ml/min. This system will accept a wide range of columns from 50 Ґm - 10 mm ID and from 50 - 250 mm long in the built-in oven, using conventional analytical columns, Michrom-s custom microbore columns or homemade capillary columns. The built-in dual wavelength detector has flow cells to cover the entire gradient flow range. Auxiliary detectors, including fluorescence, electrochemical, radioactivity or mass spec, can be added with no impact on extra column band broadening. The ProntoSIL line of ultra pure porous silica gel based HPLC columns. The ProntoSIL material is also available in bulk form for column packings by custom manufacturers. BISCHOFF Chromatography developed the universal HYPERCHROME column system to standardize column hardware. This unique system makes it possible to use the HYPERCHROME column as a cartridge or a conventional column. Offer almost the whole range of commercially available packing materials prepacked in HYPERCHROME hardware. The user has the choice between over 40 column dimensions and 200 different stationary phases used to fabricate his custom-made column. BISCHOFF's newest development is ProntoSIL, a spherical, ultra-pure silica gel for high-performance chromatographic separations. Non-porous silica (NPS) Micra columns are distributed in Germany by BISCHOFF. Instruments distributed by BISCHOFF are an evaporative light-scattering detector, the PROSPEKT solid-phase extraction system and a variety of autosamplers. Additionally to that, BISCHOFF is also the dealer in Germany for electrochemical detectors and electrophoresis systems from ESA. The HPLC product line is completed by vials for almost all commercially available autosamplers and spare parts required for routine HPLC operation. |
