Manufactures optical components, spectral sensors, MCS, MCS color measurement systems, spectrometer modules and MCS concentration measurement systems. ZEISS Monolithic Miniature Spectrometer (MMS) modules consist of an input fiber designed as an aperture converter, permanently fixed to a stable cylinder with a holographic grating attached. All optical elements are cemented to each other (thus monolithic) which offers the advantage of permanent wavelength calibration. Also included is a high quality Hammamatsu PDA which is matched in size and performance to the other optical components. The modules, which in total cover 190-2200nm, are currently in use for a variety of applications including color, process, thin film, remote analysis and analytical instrumentation. |
