| CDS Analytical, Inc. is a manufacturer of analytical instruments for the analysis of complex samples by GC, GC/MS and FT-IR. Manufactures a broad range of sample introduction and analysis instruments. CDS has supplied instrumentation for a wide range of additional analyses, including catalyst screening, reaction optimization, organic headspace analysis and environmental testing for water and soil. Sample concentrators, dynamic headspace, pyrolysis and specialty interfacing products. Pyrolysis Equipment- the Pyroprobe line for the analysis of polymeric materials directly by GC, MS and FT-IR, by both rapid heating and programmed thermal processing, with interfacing for all major analytical instruments. CDS offer the Automated Polymer Analyzer (APA) system which consists of an HP GCD, CDS automated pyrolyser, and polymer database. CDS offers an extensive collection of one-page application notes. Typical results obtained when analyzing paints, rubber, fibers, drinking water, foods, packaging, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals and many more samples are provided, with operating conditions and a list of the equipment used. Products: The Model AS-2500 Pyrolysis Autosampler provides automatic pyrolysis of up to 36 samples using the Pyroprobe 2000, and interfaces to all major models of gas chromatographs. The Pyroprobe 1000 is a basic pyrolysis unit permitting pulse pyrolysis in a single step, with an isothermal interface. The Pyroprobe 2000- In addition to all the capabilities of the Pyroprobe 1000, the Model 2000 offers both pulse pyrolysis and programmed (slow) rates with programs using up to 5 steps, programmable interface temperature, multiple method storage, and user selectable Dry and Clean functions. The HTD is a Pyroprobe 2000 with a large, heavy duty coil probe for rapid heating of larger samples for high temperature thermal desorption applications. Also Pyrolysis Accessories, Consumables and General accessories to be used with CDS Pyroprobe 1000 & 2000. Model 6000 Sample Concentrator- The model 6000 Sample Concentrator is the most flexible headspace instrument on the market. It may be configured to do both water samples and thermal desorption of solids and sorbent tubes in the same unit. Bulk Sampling Accessories- The CDS Bulk Sampling accessory for the Model 6000 Sample Concentrator permits dynamic headspace analysis of larger samples. FT-IR Brill Cell for In-Beam Thermal Processing- Extend your FT-IR application to the analysis of problem solids. The unique design of the CDS Brill Cell permits placement of the Pyroprobe heating element directly in the FT-IR beam. |
