| Automated Lab Reactors (ALR) offers a wide range of instrumentation and software for the development and optimization of chemical products and processes. Mettler-Toledo Bohdan specializes in development and manufacture of robotic and automation systems for the pharmaceutical, chemical and biotechnology industries. Focusized is in two areas: Drug Discovery & Synthesis- A family of workstations and supporting products, serving Drug and New Compound Discovery groups. MiniBlock Synthesizer- A breakthrough product for high throughput solid and solution phase synthesis, as well as SPE applications. Rapid SPE- Using the MiniBlock arrangement, 96 samples can be purified by Solid Phase Extraction. Automated Sample Preparation- Bohdan’s series of Automators™ make automation accessible to traditionally labor-intensive areas of laboratory work. The Workstation automatically adds solvents and reagents to prepare reactions in the Reactor Assembly. The Workstation includes a sample transfer port to transfer samples to HPLC system or shuttle system for Bohdan Sample Preparation Workstation. Flexible sample handling options provide quenching, dilution, and mixing. The Bohdan Oil Dilutor was developed to fulfill the industry need to prepare oil samples for analysis by Inductively Coupled Plasma (ICP) and Infrared Spectroscopy (IR). Oil samples are automatically transferred from original field containers, diluted volumetrically with kerosene, vortex mixed, and placed in autosampler compatible racks. Diluted samples can be transferred directly to analytical instrumentation for analysis. The Balance Automator is an easy to use and flexible alternative to manual weighing. It offers the operator flexibility and container interchangeability. pH Automator- Automates the process of measuring pH for a variety of samples, including liquids and creams. Programmable software allows electrode calibration at any time during the process, ensuring accurate results. Electrode washing between samples is also programmable for optimal performance. Karl-Fischer Titration Automator and Acid-Base Titration Automator for Potentiometric / Acid-Base Titration. |
